The structure is in the historic center in a pedestrian area but a few steps from several guarded public and private car parks.

The main bus stops are all within 20 meters of the Bed and Breakfast (in Viale Farini or Via Mariani).

The railway station is located 400 meters away in Piazza Farini 12: going towards the center Viale Farini, at the intersection with via di Roma begins via Armando Diaz and at n. 42 you will find the structure.

How to reach us:

For those arriving by CAR

From the North and West: follow the signs for the Railway Station. Immediately after the Monumental Gate “Porta Serrata” you will be in Via di Roma; follow it until you reach, turning left, Viale Farini and right into Via Armando Diaz (pedestrian area). After 20 meters at n. 42 in via Diaz you will find the Maison degli Artisti Bed and Breakfast. From the south: follow the signs for the train station in Viale Farini 12. Walk along the entire avenue towards the center until you reach via Armando Diaz (pedestrian area). After 20 meters at n. 42 you will find the Maison degli Artisti Bed and Breakfast.

Where to park

Upon check-in, our Guests are given a special coupon that allows them to park in all spaces with blue lines at a one-off cost of €2.00 for up to a maximum of 7 days.

The closest car parks are in Viale Farini, via Di Roma, Piazza Mameli and Via Beatrice Alighieri.

In Piazza Mameli it is possible to park in the public outdoor garage “Piazza Mameli” [P3]. In via Beatrice Alighieri at n. 16/A there is a private and affiliated guarded car park "SNC di De Santis Massimo" [P2]. In Via Giambattista Bezzi you can park in a public open garage with an entrance gate [P4]. In Viale Farini adjacent to the train station There is an uncovered public car park "Garage Piazza Farini". The building behind the Bed and Breakfast is a private, paid and guarded garage, in via Angelo Mariani, 42 - "Garage Mariani" [P1]

Smoking is permitted only on the balconies with which all rooms are equipped. It is necessary to agree on the arrival time (between 11.30 and 19.00) while departure must take place by 10.30 with the possibility of leaving your luggage in the structure.

Prices include breakfast which is served from 08.00 to 9.30.
